The consultation is genuinely complimentary. About 11% of consults end with us telling the patient they don't need a Full Arch — and recommending another path.
Every case is fully designed in software before a scalpel touches a patient. Surgical guides are milled. Surprises in the chair mean we didn't plan well enough.
The number on the page is the number you pay. If it changes, we explain why and you re-approve. We have never billed a patient an unannounced fee. We never will.
Our zirconia is milled in-house in Sydney. Our porcelain is layered by ceramists we know by name. The hands that touch your teeth are not hands we've never met.
The implant is a partnership with biology. We commit to lifetime annual reviews because the work is never really done at fitted. It's done at year fifteen, looking the same.
Average clinician tenure is twelve years. We pay above market because the patient who books a consult expects to see the same dentist at year ten. They will.
